Shipping Policy

Most Items in stock ship within 1-3 days with standard ground shipping.

Items not in stock can be pre-ordered and usually ship in 8-10 weeks, and custom orders in 10-12 weeks .

Installation Service available upon request, only to local customers (Greater Toronto Area)

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and varies based on size, weight and destination.

Delivery is curbside only and doesn't include inside delivery, unless ordered within GTA and include installation. From time to time unexpected delays may occur that would be out of our control. Your understanding and patience is appreciated.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

No Return on furniture, bathroom vanities, special orders (non-stock items) or custom orders

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of the return package receipt.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
